Getting rid of and keep birds off your property is a very difficult task.  To be successful you should us multiple processes. To control cost you should proceed in stages and see how far your need to go in order to solve you particular problem. 

  All Visual Scare Devices  These systems are the lest troublesome to use and generally lest expensive, but the percent of effectiveness will vary.

1. Terror eyes: This is as large mylar balloon that has a totally realistic and scary face with hologram eye at appear to follow you no matter what angle you look at them printed on it.  It is suspended by a light weight suspension spring and a very modest air current will cause movement that is vary spooky to birds.
2. Gator Guard Alligator head: A life-sized floating replica of an alligator head, repels geese, ducks, fish-eating birds and small animals from the water areas they love, without spoiling the look of your property. Gator Guard moves and bounces all around the pond with the wind and water - plus, the mirrored-back eyes flash in the sun. The birds think they're being followed, so they can't acclimate to a fixed pattern.
3. Irri-Tape is a Visual Bird Deterrent that  "flashes" as it moves with the wind. It is printed with a very vivid holographic design on metallic tape.  It flashes and rattles to frighten birds away.
4. 5. Multi-color Stroboscopic Bird Repelling light. It is intimidating and  intense with white, red and blue light flashes 75 flashes time per minute. It is effective against pigeons, sparrows, starlings, swallows, crows, blackbirds and more  This strob is ideal for use in any dark or dimly-lit building where lights and shadows will be most visible and effective.
6. Coyote or Fox Replicas gets rid of geese at golf courses, business complexes and personal homes. Safe, humane, and effective way to get rid of your geese problems without harming a feather. The two-dimensional decoys are waterproof, photo-realistic silhouettes, and have been helping hunters for years.

All Mechanical inhibitors systems  These systems are more trouble to install, but are very effevtive.

1. BirdNet and BirdNet PE-Plus Barriers:  Seal off all structural openings and other havens for roosting pest birds. The tough, nearly invisible bird netting barrier keeps pigeons, starlings, blackbirds, sparrows and other pest birds out once and for all.
2. Bird SPIKES are Dense, Transparent Needle Strips Block pest birds from their "landing strips" These are an effective "keep off" sign.
3. Stainless Bird Spikes DETER BIRDS FROM LANDING STRIPS These flexible bird spikes can easily fit your situation they are bendable and the base mounts flat, or on concave or convex curves. Install right side up, upside down or on any angle.

All Roosting inhibitor Gels and Sprays  These systems are very effective, but may not be suitable for your situation.  They can be messy and require care when applying.

All Ultrasonic (Silent) Electronic repelling devices -  These device have a wide range of use, but are limited in the size area each unit will effectively service.

  The Ultrasonic/Sonic combination is my choice.

The birds will hear the chilling cry of a hawk attacking it's prey out of one speaker.  Then out of another speaker they will hear in the voice of one of their own species saying "Holly cow I just heard a hawk attacking somebody,  we better get out of hear".  Then out of another speaker "Wow, I hear it too--> we better hurry.  Then another speaker will blast them with a very loud ultrasonic sound warble of various frequency and intensity but  (Silent to humans).  These warning sound are to be of normal sound level not loud enough to irritate you or your neighbors.
